Club Registration Form Season 2024/25

This form is to be completed by the Club Secretary to apply to become a new or renewing member club with the NEHYL by 31st July. 

All fields are mandatory so please ensure you have the relevant information to hand before you start filling in this form including:

ALL CLUBS

• FAN numbers and contact information for Club Committee Members' (Chair, Club Secretary, Treasurer & CWO)
• Status of Club's England Football Accreditation
• Signed Rule 10 agreement as a PDF to upload before you complete and submit this form.
• Club Sort Code & Bank Account.

AND...

FOR EXISTING CLUBS RENEWING THEIR LEAGUE MEMBERSHIP

• NEHYL Contacts System Member Number for Club Committee Members' (Chair, Club Secretary, Treasurer & CWO). This is found on the contacts system:
• If you are a Club Committee Member completing this form, you can find the Member Numbers for Committee Members on your directory here.
• Alternatively, each member can find their own number on the NEHYL Contacts System on each individual's dashboard summary (see screenshot here) and send it to the person completing this form.
• IMPORTANT: Any of the officials who are not currently registered on the contacts system need to do so before submitting the club’s application here.

FOR NEW CLUBS APPLYING FOR LEAGUE MEMBERSHIP

• Since your Club Committee Members (Chair, Club Secretary, Treasurer & CWO) will not have yet registered on our Contacts System, you will not be required to enter a current member number.
• HOWEVER, each officer will need to apply for membership here within 21 days of the date of your club application and send their member number to web@nehyl.org.uk.

After completing the form below and being approved by NEHYL, all Club & Team contacts are required to enter/renew their details on the NEHYL Contacts System, after the league has confirmed the system has been rolled over for next season.

If any of the Club Committee Members change or you need to remove a contact, email the NEHYL administrator. 

All individuals are required to keep their information up to date on the Club & Team Contacts System.
